You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down and when you rise up.&#8221;<\/em><br \/>\nDeuteronomy 6:4-7<\/p>\n<p>Purpose<br \/>\nTo involve the youth in the church through discipleship, worship, mininstry fellowship and evangelism. To prepare our youth mentally, physically, spiritually for the present and the future. We aspire to have our children learn to love God with their mind, heart, soul, spirit and physical strength. Activities sponsored by the youth ministry include:<\/p>\n<p>Youth Rallies<br \/>\nRap Sessions<br \/>\nGirl Talk<br \/>\nBoy Talk<br \/>\nWorkshops<br \/>\nEducational Testing<br \/>\nSummer Employment Opportunities<br \/>\nField Trips<br \/>\nVolunteerism<br \/>\nChurch Sleepovers<br \/>\nSafe Place Policy<br \/>\nChildren&#8217;s Church<br \/>\nInvolvement in Sunday Worship Services<br \/>\nParticipation in Youth Organizations<\/p>\n<p><strong>Youth Sunday School (Grades 6-12)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Children&#8217;s Church (Grades K-5) &#8211; 10:30 am (2nd, 4th &amp; 5th Sunday)<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;Hear, O Israel: the Lord our God, the Lord is one!
